I’m making some progress on the parts of the AR.  I milled out the counter/scope, scope rail, stock butt, and cut out the space for the mag to fit nicely into the AR body.  Check out the progress pics.

Here are a few quick videos of the 3d model Sloan Hood and my self built for the Reach Assault rifle project.  Once the 3d model is created we move on the tool pathing portion so the cnc machine knows how to cut the object.. Then we move on the the real thing. WOOT!!

Well its been awhile since I did any halo props… So I thought I’d give the old Assault riffle a shot.  The original model was created by Sloan Hood.  I took that model and converted it to a solidworks format.  I thought I would start with a small part first and see how it goes.  [...]
